Like so many of our beloved acronyms and loaded terms, these words are often thrown right into conversations, strategies, and initiatives without ever being properly defined or explored. And, in an area that is already rich with misunderstandings, misconceptions, and confusions, lack of common definition can become stagnating for progress.
