Career.Place Releases its BETA Product that Removes Resumes from the Hiring Process

Career.Place continues to turn the hiring process on its head by releasing its new Hiring Funnel software

Career.Place, removing bias one hire at a time, announced today the beta release of its SaaS based software that not only removes bias, but also removes the necessity for resumes to be used for the hiring process.

“It seems like yesterday that we started this company and now we are bringing a product to the market, providing the capability to hire individuals where bias does not play a factor,” said Melissa Dobbins, CEO of career.place. “With the release of career.place, the job hiring process will finally change for the better.”

Career.Place removes bias from the hiring process by not relying on the resume as the beginning piece of the hiring equation. Instead, career.place’s solution asks a series of questions from salary desired to taking assessments, allowing only those qualified to advance to an employers desk.

“Our solution does require an extra 15 minutes up front to set up the job posting, but, it saves, from our research, over 22 hours of time spent on sifting resumes, bad interviews, and of course, bad hires,” continued Ms. Dobbins. “For the first time, applicants will be judged on their capabilities and skill-set, not on what is written on a resume.”
